Macros are not standardised, last I checked docs are not even disclosed or leaked. Sometimes parts of that are just reverse-engineered.[*] In languages world semi-solutions are frustrating. Example: Imagine how great would be the C++ support in MS Visual Studio if C++ was a secret language developed by competition...
