Hi :) Attachments don't get through to the mailing list. It is better to upload to a file-sharing site and then put a link to it in one of your posts to the mailing list.
Probably the easiest way to do this is to use Nabble. Links in this email take you to your thread as viewed through Nabble. Another way to get to Nabble is to go to the home-page on the official LibreOffice website, then; "Get Help" - "Community Support" and near the bottom you can see links to Nabble and GMane. The Nabble way makes it look more like a flashy forum. The Gmane way show it more like Reddit or something. Both ways show all the same posts that the email way shows but they make it easier for people who prefer using those different sorts of systems. Once you get to your thread in Nabble just "reply to" the latest, or most appropriate post. You get an empty message box to type into. It looks a lot like email at that point. Just above the message box is a line/bar of icons/buttons. The one on the furthest right is "More" and the top item in that drop-down menu is "Upload a file". That works much the same way as attaching something to an email. Uploading to Nabble automatically injects the link into your email. It's written in html so that you can see exactly what it's doing and you can even edit it if you know html or fancy just having a go. You can just move it around inside your email if that helps place it better. Usually you don't have to worry about any of that because the default is usually fine and we are used to dealing with tpyos anyway. Sorry i couldn't help with the actual question!! Good luck and regards from Tom :) -- View this message in context: http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/Is-this-a-corrupt-document-tp4162978p4163016.html Sent from the Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: [email protected] Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
