It might well be the case that the wiki can be improved because the instructions in your first response were superbly succinct and yet very clear. An ideal combination! :) If someone else has the time to do a comparison and maybe report back to this thread then that'd be really good. It might "bring some questions to light" that we can resolve both for this thread and for the wiki.
