That seems the same issue of  tdf#93553
<https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93553>   which has been
fixed, on master and for the 5.1.4 release. But will not likely be back
ported to the 5.0 branch. 

You can check to see if it works better for you with a parallel /A admin
install  of a current build of master or the daily build of the 5.1.4
branch. Or upgrade to 5.1.4 when released mid-June.
