I also use Thunderbird under Windows 7 Pro. Re-opening LibreOffice (at least with version 5.1.3.2) after Thunderbird as been closed (and the tmps have been removed by Thunderbird on exit) doesn't show any temporary files in the Recent list or in the Start Center.
