Looks like Flatpak has no influence there but Snappy bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/snapd/+bug/1592696 https://bugs.launchpad.net/snappy/+bug/1574556/comments/5 ... but this workaround is weakens the encryption.... Well - Flatpak version of LibreOffice is a bit outdated but has language packs and Snap version won't run but is up-to-date - that's the overall result for now. But I have to admit that I could run Snap version for a while...
