I totally agree with Joe's comment. LO including Calc has an excellent PDF export feature with many options (review the various tabs at File > Export to PDF). Also, print ranges can be set by Tab/Sheet, cells set as non-printable and Headers & Footers can be used to identify content, page numbering, etc. In fact, I use this capability routinely to prepare professional quality PDF versions of financial reports. It's much easier for "top managers" to page through a PDF versus the "complex" navigation required by a spreadsheet.
