JBF, Thanks for the update. Yes, the bug reported seems to be the one I am referring to, though it would be good to have a picture to make sure. I do not have a Arc family of themes, and can wait until there is an official fix. It looks like the problem is Ubuntu/GTK, not LO.
As for the Ctrl+Shift+V, it is too difficult to do on a lot of keyboards. A better solution is desired.
