Is there any way to add a field to entries in a Table of Contents? For each chapter in a master document, I want to include in the Table of Contents, along with the title of that chapter, a unique identifier for the sub-document that contains that chapter.
Also, is it possible to have a Table of Contents sorted alphabetically, rather than by consecutive page number?
