The only way I know to do this in LibreOffice *or* MS Office is to enter the values in a spreadsheet, create the graph, then link the graph to the word processor. If one obtains high-quality scans of the graphs and saves them as images, they could be inserted as images, but that wouldn't be redrawing the graphs. -- T. R.
