Formula in B3 "=TEXT(INT(A2-A1),"#0")&":"&TEXT(((A2-A1)-INT(A2-A1)),"HH:MM:SS") I did include seconds, but you could remove the :S, and have options to show 2 digits or just one. The #0 makes it print the 0, but ## would print blank for zero values.
