I have removed and re-installed
"LibreOffice_6.1.5_Win_x64_helppack_en-US.msi".
But when I use <Help> <LibreOffice Help>, it sends me to my browser at
"file:///C:/Users/paul/AppData/Local/Temp/lu791214dve3.tmp/NewHelp2.html".
Any ideas on how to fix this.
Help does not show up in "Options - LibreOffice - Paths". Maybe it should.
