I am using "Version: 6.1.5.2 (x64)". Supposedly, you can force font substitution. I have not tried it. Choose *Tools - Options'* /- LibreOffice - Fonts' From: https://help.libreoffice.org/Common/Fonts/ You must click in the box next to "Apply replacement table" before you can select the substitute fonts.
