2 questions coming to my mind: 1) What's happening with a more recent version of LibreOffice? 2) If the settings are present in the user profile, maybe the latter is superseding the ones from GPOs (this shouldn't be the case since GPO, by definition, are taking precedence in all cases, but I'm just asking just in case).
