Pretty certain that digital signing in LO is badly broken on macOS without recourse to some special manual command line magic, or modifying the app's Info.plist file, and has been for at least 2 years. Like many other fancy options announced with fanfare with each release, the macOS version of LO is often the poor cousin without the corresponding functionality.
