I poked around a little more, but could not find any more references.

There has to be some type of color description field in a file for it to show as it is.

It may take a bit of effort, but if you can change that, at least it will be more obvious.

You may want to submit a suggestion that they add a <Format><Comments> that would allow changes to line type and color mixed in with the text option.
