Dear LO-community, I would like to run LO on my server and access this LO from a client via
b@client: ssh -X a@server libreoffice file.odt File.odt sits at the server. This runs indeed libreoffice writer on the server, however the display shows up at the server screen. So I tried b@client: ssh -X a@server libreoffice --display 1:0 file.odt or even b@client: ssh -X a@server libreoffice --display b@client:1:0 file.odt without success. I could not find helpful information in the documentation. In contrast to other progs, LO does not allow the X-server output to tunnel back to the client via ssh. linux, debian, X-server I appreciate any comments Walther Diese Nachricht wurde mit Freier Software gesendet: http://fsfe.org PGP Schlüsselkennung 09A9C5C0195A8998 Ich bevorzuge reine Textnachrichten, html bedeutet erhöhten Traffic und Energieverbrauch, vermehrten Speicherbedarf lokal und hat Sicherheitsrisiken. -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: [email protected] Problems? https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: https://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ Privacy Policy: https://www.documentfoundation.org/privacy
