mark the content. Copy it to clipboard.
Go to the database file and open the tables pane.
Right mousclick → insert.
Choose the table where to append the data to, choose the column in the
wizard and it will be done.
You won't need a *.csv-file and phpMyAdmin to do this the same way for
MariaDB/MySQL.
