Hi Libre team I’m based in Australia and looking to use your office products. I wanted to know if the content of what is typed in your word processing document or spreadsheet document is something that can be seen by your system or third parties if I am using your desktop versions or online versions of your products?
Sometimes I am typing information that is highly confidential, and I need to know about security of the content I am typing. It is a requirement that I keep confidential information confidential. Where are your servers located for Australian users please? If your organisation is hacked, is there any risk that a hacker could see the content of my documents or spreadsheets for example? Or is it all solely kept on my desktop, or is there a way to keep it solely on my desktop? In Australia, Microsoft for example has Australian based servers which is a requirement for my purposes. I’d rather not just stick to Microsoft or Google products, but I need to know about the safety, security and confidentiality of the information I type into your products.
