1. Open the "Find and Replace" dialog (e.g. with Ctrl+H). 2. Check the "Regular Expressions" checkbox in the lower part of the dialog 3. Enter a regular expression which will match numbers: [0-9]+ (with the plus sign!). 4. Enter the replacement text you want (you can use $1 in the replacement string to get the number that was matched) 5. Press "Find Next" and then possibly "Replace" or "Replace All" as appropriate
