Writer's status bar always begins with "Page X of Y", but recently I have noticed that in some documents it appends " (Page X' of Y' to print)", where X'=X+1 and Y'=Y+1.
Invariably I find that the appended "(Page X' of Y' to print)" is the accurate count of visible pages, while the presumably accurate "Page <X> of <Y>" seems to account for some "invisible" page -- but what is that? Why are there two counts? What is the difference between "virtual" pages and visible/printable pages?
