Good! Your computer is working properly.
You have asked FIND() to start looking at the zeroth character in the
text, which doesn't exist. The characters are the first, second,
third, and so on. Try:
=FIND("Nationwide",B1,1)
or just:
=FIND("Nationwide",B1)
