Does my suggestion count as a bug, our rather something else, e.g. feature request?
Feature request could be set in the importance of the bug. It is sommething like the lowest importance.
Write the bug, post the link to the bug and I could set it as feature request. Add an example which show where to add 'Document Information' for a form or a report.
