Assuming all diagrams can be described in a similar way, LibreOffice Draw can 
do the job, _IF_ you know TurtleGraphics.

If you don't know TurtleGraphics you are stuck because there is no LibreOffice 
documentation on TurtleGraphics.

WordPerfect for Linux ?!?!?!
(I don't remember if it was a native Linux version, or running under WINE, that 
I saw.)
