The install dialog is looking for 24.2.1_Win_x86-64.msi but the
downloaded .msi is named 24.2.*0*.1_Win_x86-64 and the install stops.
Note the "0".
You needed the 24.2.1.2 rc2 build, but after download and HASH check, it
is OK for you to rename it as 24.2.1 to match what the MS Installer
needs. The actual installer is the rc2 (or rc1 or rc3 as listed in the
archive for the release) just renamed for the final TDF release. And the
release builds posted from the Install page and delivered via the mirror
network get renamed from the rc2.
