Use either of these ways to get to a user Library folder in Finder: 1. Click on "Go" in the top menu bar. Hold down the Option key and select "Library". 2. Click on "Go" in the top menu bar. Select "Go to Folder...". Type the desired path and click on "Go".
To make the Library folder permanently visible in the user home folder: 1. Open the user home folder in Finder (i.e., /Users/[UserName]). 2. Click on "View" in the top menu bar. 3. Select "Show View Options". 4. Check the box next to "Show Library Folder". Unfortunately, in Sonoma, that change seems to disable the Option trick in the Go menu. Good luck with your Mac.
