In order to help you, we need more information about your specific
problem: which operating system, which version of the operating system,
the error number (if there is one, Windows usually provides it with a
dialogue box), whether the download process was completed (if not, a
.part extension will be added to the file), and any other details you
may have.
Please note that you can retry the download as many times as you like,
as long as you do not close the browser window before the download is
complete. You can ignore the donation request, as donations are optional
and help us keep the project alive.
