ISNUMBER seems to give different output given the same input. The output of
this function seems to be different based on the cell the formula is in. I have
attached a minimal example document. I would prefer to ask for help on
https://ask.libreoffice.org/, however, after creating an account there, it has
been "pending review" for weeks and I cannot post.
