Hi Marshall Estes,
you have forgotten to put the version of LO and also the system
(Windows, Linux, Mac) to put also in "Subject" of this mail.
If it is the "latest version" which won't work for you uninstall this
version and get an older version from here:
https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/
