Google the error message and you will find that we have solved this
kind of issues many times in the past. In general, if you find
something wrong with any software (like error messages, compile
failue, install issues, etc, etc), just Google it!! For this case,
google "Unable to run job: warning:" "your job is not allowed to run
in any queue".

Anyway, back to your question, did you have "user_lists" &
"xuser_lists" setup?? For reference:
