and added 5 users to the functional policy. Most of the time this works fine. However, I've been occasional complaints about it not working fine. When this happens I see one of two things: 1) The user's functional shares have gone from 20 to 0, as shown by the Functional Policy window. This happens even when the user isn't running anything! By the way, should this amount go up and down as the user uses tickets? 2) Users are somehow deleted from the list of users in the Functional Policy window. I then have to add them again.
Is an auto delete time set in the user's configuration? -- Reuti
