(I had a similar problem here. In the end, I realised it was because
changed the "requestable" field for the h_rt complex to "FORCED", in
order to make user supply a h_rt value. Because of this, I had to
add "-l h_rt=<something>" to the qrsub command. Perhaps you have
made a configuration change with a similar result?)
This would mean that it would be advantageous to have the "p" flag to
the "-w" option (i.e. to get a more detailed output than "no suitable
queue"). Would you like to file an issue about it?

Ah, I see - "qrsub -a 201106012000 -d 12:0:0 -w v" gives me lots of
messages about "Your job does not request 'forced' resource "h_rt"
of queue instance". Great - I hadn't realised it was there.
Sorry Reuti, what issue do you want me to file? That "-w v" perhaps
ought to be the default for qrsub?
Argh - sorry, I missed the existing output in case of an error. And it
looks like for `qrsub` the "-w v" option is already honoring the
actual resource consumption. So `qrsub -w v ...` is more like `qsub -w
p ...`. Maybe both could be accepted ("-w v" and "-w p" with the same
output)?
