If you're prepared to use (roughly) a superset, see the instructions at <https://arc.liv.ac.uk/trac/SGE#Building> & tarball from http://arc.liv.ac.uk/downloads/SGE. If not, the changes to the build stuff may help. I haven't been able to work on debian packaging yet (can anyone contribute?), but it gets built most on ubuntu 10.4. Binaries from earlier univa source at http://bioteam.net/dag/gridengine-courtesy-binaries/ but I don't know if they run on ubuntu > 2. build.properties had javacc.home set to a non-existing path. If you need the gui installer or hadoop intgegration I can check exact requirements. I hope to package a v800-based release before long with some of that straightened out -- any contributions to build docs &c very welcome. -- Excuse the typping -- I have a broken wrist _______________________________________________ users mailing list [email protected] https://gridengine.org/mailman/listinfo/users
