Hi friends!! I want to integrate SGE and BLCR to provide of checkpointing to the system!
I used the instructions and scripts that I found here: https://hpcrdm.lbl.gov/pipermail/checkpoint/2010-November/000122.html I made tests with sequential programs and OpenMP programs, and I think the tests were succesful. But i want to ask you for helping! Because you are experts with this apps and I'm learning yet. I want to know How can i test MPI programs? or how can i configure in a better way the system (BLCR + SGE) to improve the performance?? Thanks again
