Thanks Reuti, I missed your original email first time round.
Per-host usage_scaling looks like a great trick to use when adding
dedicated nodes to a non-dedicated cluster. I hadn't spotted that in the
man pages.
I suspect that setting it to not-quite-zero would be beneficial to try and
get some pretense at fair sharing within the dedicated resource under some
circumstances. Time to play...
