We've purchased a license for Gaussian with support for parallelism via Linda. A quick google doesn't show up any tight integrations for Linda/SGE. i)Does anyone have a working tight integration config for Linda? Or even a Gaussian specific one? ii)If not does anyone have experience of running Linda enabled Gaussian under a loose integration. Is it a good cluster citizen or does it keep leaving proceses hanging about. Use resources it shouldn't etc?
