Or does everyone else also have problems with it? What sorts of queue structures do people use? How well does it work for MPI jobs? How do places handle memory usage by jobs? Do users tend to give good run time estimates? Do others have users who requires all cores on nodes, but then only use a single core? What other hints/best practices do people use?
