I have experienced a similar case.
In my case means that a wrong synchronized clocks between master and node.
My solution was:
1.- login in the node and stop sgeexecd process in the node:
$ /etc/init.d/sgeexecd stop
2.- synchronize clocks between master and nodes:
$ ntpdate -t 4 -p 8 my_sgeserver_ip >> /var/log/messages
1>>/var/log/messages
3.- Test if the 'dr' job state disapear:
$ qstat
4.- connect again to the node and start again the sge-client:
$ /etc/init.d/sgeexecd start

Hello all,
After qdel a job, sometimes job will be in list of qstat command with "dr"
state.
How can such job be deleted from list of qstat command after qdel?

AFAIK
if you can access the reporting file from the qmaster
e.g. shadow master
or hosts that NFS mount the qmaster $SGE_ROOT/$SGE_CELL directory
the RDMS and Web server can be on non-grid-network
