Thanks so much. 
I found the problem is the user doesn't register in group file. There is
no information about that user when run "ypcat group".
So, after fixed this issue, everything back to normal. :-)

And as you can login: ypcat passwd` resp. "group" on the nodes return
the correct information I assume.

It's supported when it's setup in this way in /etc/nsswitch and this is
obviously working.

You face it only with one user and all others are working?
