Hi Ma,
The following resource quota set should limit the total number of jobs
associated to a project (prjA in the example).
$ qconf -srqs limit_prjA
{
name limit_prjA
description limit_prjA
enabled TRUE
limit users * projects prjA to slots=10
}
I'm not sure what resources you're trying to control.
You can find more details about SGE resource quota set from the man page,
sge_resource_quota.
