We usually have things solved in hours (a few years ago on the
original Sun Grid Engine mailing list someone "complained" that we
solved issues much quicker than Sun's official support). Reuti is
usually up the whole day answering questions, and Ron Chen was more
active at that time.

So if something is not answered in days, then there usually is
something wrong - either it is not supported at all, or someone has
already answered it.
