I'm not sure if my response ever made it back to this list so I'm
re-sending in hopes that someone might know what's going on here. To
re-cap, I modified sge_request like so:
-l rhel=5
After making this change I can't see queued jobs with qstat -f. Note
that I have other attributes I've added in sge_request and those don't
cause the same problem. The rhel attribute is a load sensor, that being
the only substantive difference I can think of.
Someone from Univa suggested that this does look like a bug but didn't
offer any evidence to support that claim.
