If you are not using core binding, then Grid Engine does not allocate any
specific processors to the job.
It is up to the OS to assign processes (MPI tasks) to the physical processors.

No, no "-binding" to qsub. The selection should make the SGE. But it does not
check that some cores are already used and chooses the same one a second time.
