I've followed all of the directions in the Administrators guide and even put:
echo "STARTED `date` >>/home/<myuserid>/LD into the load monitor script on the first line. Permissions are set to 777. I confirmed in qmon that it is set for the cluster and the host where I want to test the execution. QCONF also shows it. What could be causing it not to run.
