I am running SGE 6.2U2_1 on a rocks 5.2 cluster. Some submitted jobs are queued and disappear when they run. This only seems to happen with one particular queue when it has 10 jobs running.
I looked over the messages log and this is the only relevant information I can find. job 2848664.1 failed on host compute-0-58.local before epilog because: 04/25/2012 15:55:18 [1057:27012]: unable to find epilog file "/usr/local/bin/job_cleanup" The job_cleanup file is present in the listed directory.
