In RHEL 6 (and Oracle Linux 6, CentOS 6, or SL 6), there is the "ns — the 
namespace subsystem":

However, the namespace subsystem was removed in recent kernels:

Filesystem namespaces got merged into cgroups?  I thought they were
entirely separate.
