I think that there were three things, although my memory is *very* hazy
on this.

1) I can never remeber the name/location of the 'official' script.  (a
minor point, I know...)

2) The original script attempts to backup files that I neither need, nor
want, in a "configuration backup."  This includes at a minimum, the
accounting file, and perhaps the reporting file as well.  Give the
typical size of these files, I find this a waste of time and space.

3) I think that I wrote my script before I learned about
save_sge_config.sh.
