Yes on qmon (though it can also submit jobs). I don't know what platform-rtm does, but if you want detailed history, you can put the data from the reporting file into a database, e.g. using dbwriter <http://arc.liv.ac.uk/repos/darcs/arco/www/index.html>, and visualize hem somehow. Inspect is incomplete in what parameters it handles. I've not used it seriously and it's non-trivial to build.
