Kent, I currently I have 6x 80-core nodes, 44x 16-core nodes, 16x 12-core nodes, and 92x 8-core nodes. Most are connected with some sort of IB, all have 1GbE, with a 10GbE core. I am running SGE-8.1.1 currently, and have noticed any sort of issues that would make me think that SGE isn't capable of handling many jobs/host.
