Howdy. One of my queues has a wall time hard limit of 4 days ( 96 hours ): # qconf -sq queue | grep h_rt h_rt 96:00:00 There is a job which has been running much longer than 4 days and I am not sure how to get the hours the job has been running. I tried this but I am not seeing the wall time clock usage: # qstat -F -j 11584 | egrep "usage|time" submission_time: Sun Oct 14 23:20:47 2012 usage 1: cpu=1:14:53:21, mem=137510.37865 GB s, io=0.24098 GB, vmem=1.051G, maxvmem=1.051G So the question is, what is the command to display the current wall clock time this job has consumed? If the job is suspended, does that affect the "h_rt" limit? Thanks, Joseph |
